How old should my puppy be for its first grooming session?

We accept puppies once they have been fully vaccinated. This is usually around 16 weeks of age. We suggest that your puppy has at least 2-3 puppy introduction appointments before they have length off the body. This way they have a chance to build a relationship and trust with us. Remember the younger you get your puppy started the better. We can also then work out the best grooming schedule to suit your dogs coat type and your lifestyle.

How long is the full grooming service?

2-3 hours. It depends on the size and condition of your pets and the style you would love to achieve.

Can I bring my own shampoo and conditioners for my pet?

YES! feel free to take your own shampoo and conditioners if you think they serves the best for them.

How much is the grooming fee?

Our grooming fees are calculated based on time, priced at $85/AUD per hour. Additionally, charges may vary depending on factors such as weight, size, specific grooming styles, and any behavioral issues like biting or nervousness, which may require extra time from our groomers. Additional services, such as addressing tangled fur, are also priced accordingly. As each dog's condition is unique, the grooming fee reflects the individual needs and circumstances of your furry friend.
